Well yesterday was my first day back at work & I did alright. Today has been harder on me though. I’ve almost let a tear slip once or twice today but I’m hanging in there. My mom said that Averly only ate 4 oz total yesterday from 10:00 to 5:30. She HATES the bottle! Riley would only take Dr. Browns bottles & that’s what kind we tried with Averly, but she did not like it at all. Mom said she threw a fit every time she tried to feed her & refused to eat. Poor baby. I felt bad for my mom too because there was nothing she could do at the time. We bought some Avent bottles last night & are trying those today. My mom said that she likes those better & has eaten a couple times today so far. Yay! Today is my last day working this week & I am so glad that I will be at home with my babies tomorrow!
Oh how I miss this chunky baby girl & silly little dirty faced boy!
oh man that has to be hard on you. Hang in there, it must be nice that they are with your mom. Will she watch them full time while you work then?
ReplyDeleteI am in the same boat. Kenzie won't take ANY bottles. I have tried over 8 styles. It is really hard to be able to go anywhere for more than 3 hours. Let me know if you find anything that works for you guys!
