Walkin’ In High Cotton

My mom & I took the kids to get some pictures in the cotton field earlier this week. Around here it’s pretty much a tradition to take your kids’ pictures in the cotton every year. But for some reason that I can’t remember, we didn’t make it last year so this was Averly’s first time to touch the fluffy white cotton. She didn’t know what to think of it at first, but then decided it was fun!

Riley liked it this year too & said it was “squishy”.



“Cot-umm.”



Riley is so lovey-dovey & likes to hug on Averly, but she wants nothing to do with it most days! I still think these pictures of them together are so sweet!
