Santa stopped by our house early this year like he did last year because we go to TAG's grandma's on Christmas Eve & spend the night (since it's a 2 hour drive back home). We have decided that we will tough it out next year & come home Christmas Eve night so that Riley & Averly will be at our house on Christmas morning. Since Riley was so young this year & last, we figured it wouldn't really make any difference to him right now.
Santa went a little light on the presents this year because he knew that Aunt Brooke & Uncle Josh & the grandparents were already getting waaaay too much for Riley!
So the night before while Riley was getting his bath, Santa came! TAG got Riley on video coming into the living room & seeing all the goodies for the first time. It's so cute! Here are just a few pictures of my big boy checking out his Santa loot on his 2nd Christmas.
He was giving me my present from him here. It was a silhouette necklace with Riley engraved in it. I love it! Such a sweet boy!
Christmas Eve night, it was off to Aunt Brooke & Uncle Josh's house to visit for the night.
They got him a ride-on Craftsman lawn mower (It is the cutest thing ever!), some books, clothes, 2 pairs of shoes & some pajamas. Thank you Aunt Brooke, Uncle Josh & Great-Grandma Ruth!
